The house is in the Republic of
Montenegro, in the town of Bar, or more precisely 8 km away from the
centre of Bar and 15 km away from Ulcinj, in the area called Dobre Vode.
It is 100 metres away from the sea and 100 metres away from the main road
connecting the entire Montenegrin coast.
There are three beaches in the vicinity of the house (100
metres away): Veliki Pijesak, Trljila and Mali Pijesak. Veliki
Pijesak is the biggest beach and is visited by many tourists. There
are numerous restaurants, cafés, pastry shops, shops and numerous
night clubs at the beach. During the day, there are tourist boats
you can embark and visit other beaches and enjoy the beauties of
Montenegrin coast.
It is a three star residence and has 14 suites, out of
which 6 have four beds each and 8 have three beds each – in total 48 beds.
Each suite is on average 25 m2 + balcony and has a small kitchen,
bathroom, TV, air conditioning and a balcony. The entire house has thermo
isolation; with the suite you get free parking space that is under video
surveillance; water is available 24 hours a day. Each suite has a balcony
with a wonderful view over the open sea and beautiful coastline. At the
top of the house, there is a common balcony with a small swimming pool you
may use for various activities.
You can reach Montenegro by plane - there are two
airports, the one in Podgorica is 50 km away and the one in Tivat is
60 km away.
You can reach Bar also by bus with the main bus station 8 km away
and the local bus station is 250m away from the house or by train
with the main train station also 8 km away.
